Lynora's West Palm Mural

About This Project

The Lynora's mural series represents a long standing creative collaboration between Bulk Styles and one of South Florida's most recognizable Italian restaurant brands. Beginning in 2017, Mark Francis brought bold, character driven storytelling to both the Jupiter and West Palm Beach locations, creating murals that instantly became visual extensions of the brand's personality.

At the Jupiter location, the mural introduced a confident, modern Italian inspired figure, styled with a dramatic red hat and martini in hand. Designed to feel glamorous yet playful, the artwork captured the energy of Lynora's while elevating the dining experience with strong color, clean lines, and unmistakable character presence. The piece balanced sophistication and fun, reflecting the restaurant's vibrant atmosphere.

In West Palm Beach, the 2017 mural leaned into a pop art inspired narrative, featuring comic style characters and bold graphic elements that created a high impact exterior statement. With its speech bubble and dramatic figures, the mural functioned as both branding and entertainment, turning the building itself into a conversation piece. The design embraced movement, humor, and bold contrast, reinforcing Lynora's as a lively destination.

In 2022, the West Palm Beach location underwent a mural revamp, refreshing the visual identity while maintaining the recognizable energy of the original collaboration. The updated interior piece featuring the "Smile, There's Wine" message introduced a more refined, contemporary aesthetic. Painted against exposed brick, the figure holding a glass of red wine brought depth, realism, and modern elegance to the space while still preserving the brand's playful confidence.

Across all three installations, the Lynora's murals demonstrate Bulk Styles' ability to adapt artistic style to evolving brand environments while maintaining visual consistency and impact. From pop art exterior storytelling to sleek interior character work, each mural enhances the guest experience, strengthens brand recognition, and transforms restaurant walls into immersive design elements.

Together, the Lynora's series stands as a multi year example of how commercial murals can grow with a business, reinforcing identity while evolving visually over time.

Design Concept

Developing the Artwork

The Lynora's mural series began with a clear objective: create bold, character driven artwork that reflected the restaurant's vibrant Italian spirit while enhancing each location's unique atmosphere. Early concept development focused on blending playful storytelling with strong brand presence, ensuring each mural would feel immersive, recognizable, and aligned with the energy of Lynora's dining experience.

For the 2017 Jupiter and West Palm Beach installations, stylistic direction varied intentionally by location. The Jupiter mural leaned into a glamorous, fashion forward character design with confident color blocking and dramatic scale, while the West Palm Beach exterior embraced pop art inspired figures and graphic speech elements for high visibility and street presence. Each design was customized to the architecture and flow of the individual space while maintaining cohesive brand personality.

When the West Palm Beach location underwent its 2022 revamp, the goal shifted toward refinement while preserving impact. The updated interior mural introduced a more contemporary aesthetic, combining expressive realism with bold typography. This evolution demonstrated how mural design can grow alongside a business, adapting to new interiors and audience expectations without losing brand recognition.

Across all installations, professional scaling techniques, precise layout planning, and durable paint systems were used to ensure clarity, longevity, and strong visual impact. From exterior statement walls to interior feature pieces, the Lynora's murals reflect a balance of creative expression, brand alignment, and technical execution built to perform in high traffic hospitality environments.

The Impact of the Artwork

Murals inside hospitality environments often become a defining feature of the space. Guests naturally gravitate toward bold artwork, making it a popular backdrop for photos and social media.

For Mack House Brew Pub, the mural contributes to the overall atmosphere of the brewery while reinforcing the creative and energetic personality of the brand.

Large scale artwork helps businesses create environments that feel distinctive and memorable. The mural now serves as a visual centerpiece within the brewery space.
