Mark Francis
The Man Behind Bulk Styles
Mark Francis, also known as Bulk Styles, is a celebrated graffiti and mural artist based in South Florida. Immersed in art from a young age, he has spent over 15 years developing a bold and vibrant style that spans public murals, fine art, and live installations. His dynamic work has earned a devoted following across both coasts and online platforms.

Born in New Jersey, Mark moved to Jupiter, Florida at age 14. His mother, who ran an art gallery, encouraged his early talent, and a high school art teacher arranged a special course to support his creative growth. That early mentorship, he says, helped keep him focused and out of trouble.

Art gave me focus when I needed it most.

Finding the Wall
As a teen, Mark discovered graffiti through online communities and sought out local artists. He found an underground parking garage in Palm Beach County where global street artists gathered and taught him wall painting. When a graffiti mentor praised the “bulk” of his output, the name Bulk Styles was born and stuck.
Taking the Leap
At 28, he left his day job to become a full-time artist, a decision quickly validated by his first collector. Since then, Mark has built a career crafting large-scale murals for restaurants, gyms, breweries, and brands. His work includes commissions for TMZ’s Hollywood office and a live mural at Hard Rock Stadium during the Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix.
From Local Walls to National Reach
One of his first restaurant pieces was at Leftovers Café in 2017, leading to murals across South Florida hotspots like Civil Society Brewing and all three Lynora’s locations. His art now spans from Florida to Las Vegas, rooted in a mission to inspire and beautify communities through public art.
